Meet The Team

Kevin McConnell, Director. With over 25 years in the construction industry, since forming McConnell Construction Services in 2018, Kevin has built the business up so that it has extensive experience of managing brick, block and masonry contracts ranging from £10k - £1m. Kevin’s background is in bricklaying where he worked in his previous role as Supervisor. He has vast experience in the construction industry including New Build Housing and Refurbishment where he specialises in brickwork / stonework - loves football.

Kevin Montague, Site Supervisor. Kevin has been our Site Supervisor since 2021 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of multiple sites. He deals with site management and our on-site bricklaying squads. Before joining MCS, Kevin was Supervisor for Ellmoll Builders where he started as a Bricklayer on a wide range of projects - loves golf.

Jade Linnen, Office Manager. Jade has been our Office Manager since 2020 coming with 10 years’ experience in the construction industry mainly working in the Merchant side. Jade is responsible for the day-to- day running of our office with a variety of tasks to help keep the business running smoothly. Jade deals with procurement and liaises with our site operatives to ensure materials are on site on time - loves F1.
